Make space for care. SPACE keeps one connected operational thread across the
practice so clinicians can focus on the work only they can do.

SPACE is practice-operations software for healthcare and mental-health teams. It
connects enquiry ownership, scheduling, session readiness, shared work, payment
records, clinician statements, insurer paperwork, documentation timelines, and
operations reporting in one accountable workspace.

SPACE capabilities include:

- open enquiries with an owner, next action, due date, and handover;
- current availability and advisory continuing-availability comparison;
- explainable allocation ordering and recorded staff overrides;
- session-document readiness and shared operational work;
- a shared waitlist with staff ownership and follow-through;
- online prepayment routing and post-session in-person POS recording;
- configurable progressive clinician shares and 7/14/28-day payment cycles;
- configured insurer-form preparation with clinician review and signature;
- clinician-owned documentation deadlines, neutral reminders, and authorised
  aggregate deadline reporting without client identity or note content.

SPACE does not make clinical decisions. Clinical judgement, diagnosis, record
authentication, and care decisions remain with the assigned clinician. For UAE
deployments, SPACE is being designed to support NABIDH-aligned workflows. Required
conformance testing and approvals must be completed before a specific deployment
is described as compliant.
